Zac Caputo

Co-Founder

The son of two photographers, Zac grew up on a small farm in the hill country just outside of Austin, Texas. After years of playing in his dad’s dark room and learning lighting and photography, he switched mediums and graduated with honors from the film department at Kenyon College.

Zac cut his teeth in the industry on the representation side in Los Angeles, but after three years behind a desk, he ditched the suit and tie life and moved to Denver to make his dream of independent production a reality as a co-founder of Mitchell Mitchell. When he’s not scratching his creative itch directing or shooting, you can find Zac hopelessly looking for good barbecue or throwing little frisbees into metal baskets around Colorado.
